Life coaching works.
Generally coaching is a conversation between two people. The coach and the client. The coach supports the client to achieve their goals.
Ideally the client will be focused, motivated, committed to achieving the goal, they should want to change and have an interest in personal development.
The client should have a recognition that there is something in their life that they are unhappy about and are ready to seek help to facilitate a change for the better.
The client can focus on any aspect of their life; friends, family, relationships, personal development, health, wealth, spirituality, career to name just some.
